Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 15, 2025

These Terms of Service govern your use of GameVault's B2B casino platform and related services. By accessing our platform, you agree to these terms in full.

Platform Access and Licensing

GameVault provides turnkey casino software solutions exclusively to licensed operators. You must maintain valid gaming licenses in your operating jurisdictions. We verify licensing status before granting platform access.

Your license to use our platform is non-transferable and terminates if you breach these terms or lose regulatory approval.

Operator Responsibilities

As a platform operator, you're responsible for:

  • Maintaining compliance with all applicable gaming regulations
  • Implementing responsible gambling measures for your end users
  • Processing player deposits, withdrawals, and disputes
  • Paying all licensing fees, taxes, and regulatory charges
  • Protecting player data according to privacy laws

GameVault provides the technology. You manage the player relationships and regulatory compliance in your markets.

Service Commitments

We guarantee 99.9% platform uptime measured monthly. If we fall short, you'll receive service credits as outlined in your contract.

Our 24/7 technical support responds to critical issues within 15 minutes. Non-critical requests get attention within 2 business hours.

Payment Terms

Platform fees are billed monthly based on your contract tier. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

Revenue share agreements (if applicable) require you to submit accurate monthly reports. We audit these reports quarterly.

Intellectual Property

GameVault retains all rights to our platform, code, and proprietary technology. You get a limited license to use our software - not ownership.

Game content belongs to respective providers (NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, etc.). Your game library access depends on your contract and their licensing terms.

Termination

Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you:

  • Lose your gaming license
  • Breach payment terms repeatedly
  • Violate applicable gaming laws
  • Misuse our platform or technology

Upon termination, you'll export your player data within 14 days. We're not responsible for data after that window.

Limitation of Liability

GameVault's liability is capped at your previous 12 months of platform fees. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or regulatory penalties you incur.

This doesn't limit liability for gross negligence, fraud, or violations we can't legally exclude.

Changes to Terms

We update these terms occasionally. Material changes get 30 days notice via email. Continued platform use after changes means acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms follow Delaware law. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE under AAA rules.
